Jurmet’s service department offers immediate support in order to make your job easier. Help-desk service is available by phone, modem or internet to make diagnostic fast and to supply you with adequate solutions immediately.
Delivery of spare parts is made fast and faultless according to spare parts availability. Jurmet has got a spare part warehouse which is supplemented so as to reduce to minimum the time of delivery. Direct contact with Jurmet service engineers helps to reduce service costs and  to plan maintenance and service costs more precisely.
3-D service: service “on seat”
This service dimension consists of making service activities in Jurmet’s seat. In fact an efficient communication between our service team and your operators can help to solve existing problems directly from our seat, which reduces considerably the time and service costs.
Service activities on this level consists of:
  • After sale support , help-desk on the phone
  • Internet communication via internet address serwis@jurmet.com.pl
  • 48-hours delivery of spare parts available ex stock
3-D service: service “off seat”
This service dimension consist of making service activities in a customer facility. This type of service is indispensable when it is necessary to perform complex mechanic or automatic part replacements or there are required modifications of a software.
Service activities on this level consists of:
  • Intervention or prevention visit of a service team in 48 hours in working days from receiving an emergency call
  • Installation of mechanic or automatic parts in a customer facility
  • Software upgrades
  • Extension and modification of existing machines by adding additional options
  • Renovations and modernisations of existing machines
3-D service: service ‘on-line”
  • On-line diagnostic with an inbuilt modem
  • Communication via Jurmet’s server in order to exchange films with instructions
  • Prevention or standard service visits on request
